How long does it take to process my flowers?

Processing your flowers varies from size and type of flower. If we are fully preserving them in silica, you can expect them to take two weeks to dry. If we are pressing them, you can expect four to six weeks per bouquet, depending on the size of the bouquet.

When should I expect my project to be done?

On average, most projects take 12 weeks from start to finish. This is fully dependent on which medium you chose. If you chose resin mold, we factor in weather, humidity, available molds and availibility of deep pour resin for the best results. A lot of this is dependent on what projects we are currently working on and how intensive their project is. Sometimes projects can take upward of six months.

Do different types of flowers need special care?

Yes. Each flower is unique. White roses are the most sensitive and will turn a tea color brown, or transparent. We do our best to prevent this by putting your roses in the fridge once they are dry. When we are ready to pour your project, we fator in what the weather is doing and how hot it will be. If the weather is too hot or too humid, we will put your flowers back in the fridge to hold their color. Sometimes even the best efforts fail.

Any kind of tropical flower takes a special routine, as well as stock, or high moisture holding flowers.

Pressing and fully drying are two very different techniques and each require full attention, and we do our best to accomodate the needs of the flowers so you get the best product.
